Refund Policy

<p>Non-custom items: Return within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Email emily@discovereddesigns.com to start a return. We'll send return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Returns go to 4213 Merriam Rd, Hopkins, MN 55305. Items sent without an approved return can't be accepted.</p>
<p>Custom items: Because they're made with your number, custom items can't be returned for a change of mind. If we made an error or the item has a defect, we'll remake it free.</p>
<p>Damaged, lost or wrong item: We'll send a replacement; see the Shipping Policy.</p>
<p>Refunds: Once we receive and approve a return, we refund your original payment method within 10 business days.</p>
<p>Gift cards and sale items are final sale.</p>
